AWESOME DOWNTOWN LOCATION with all of it's original charm across from the river~ Walking distance to all the Downtown action many great restaurants and bars or take the free Downtown trolley Nov-May located right across the street from the house. Close to the airport. You’ll love the safe quite Historic neighborhood in which its located, with nice homes built in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Carriage house was built in 1920. Fun/ friendly hosts :)

Dean Park is in the Historic District registry . Very walkable with tons of history, it is the first neighborhood in Ft Myers.
Short walk to all the action Downtown, no need to drive, if you are not into walking then you can take the free Trolley Nov-1st of May or the Nickle ride is free with tips suggested.

During the summer months you can usually find me doing something in the Rockies either hiking, jeeping or on the motorcycle! When I'm in Florida you can usually find me on a boat floating around the Gulf of Mexico watching the Dolphins play or playing with my grand babies that are truly my greatest passion.
