The space
Putter's Loft is a 2-story apartment attached to our garage, on the same property as our personal residence. You have full & exclusive access to the apartment. The garage and main house are private. You are welcome to explore the yard. Free onsite parking for 2 vehicles.
Upstairs: king bed, Roku TV, work desk, & newly renovated bathroom with huge shower & lighted mirror.
Downstairs: dining area & efficiency kitchen with fridge, microwave, hot plate, air fryer & coffee maker. There is no stove/oven.
Please note that there is an indoor flight of stairs. The apartment does not have a washer/dryer.
Our location is really special, and we encourage you to do some walking while you're here! The neighborhood is beautiful, with lovely homes and the fabulous Aiken Golf Course just steps away. Historic downtown Aiken is several blocks away, a nice flat 15 min stroll on a sidewalk along Hayne Avenue past gorgeous historic homes. Close and convenient; everything in the greater Aiken area is no more than a 15 min drive (and downtown is less than 5!).
Homeowners live onsite but Putter's Loft is separate from the main home. We are quiet but available if you need anything!
If you are traveling with a dog, they MUST be leashed outside at all times, and please pick up after them in the yard and neighborhood. We have two outdoor cats and the property is not fenced with cars going by on the road.

Other things to note
Please be aware that this property has an interior flight of STAIRS to the bathroom & bedroom area. It has an efficiency kitchen only (no oven/stove) and no washer/dryer.
Towels and linens are provided, as is a starter starter supply of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies.
No smoking of any kind--including vaping--on this property. Additional fee may be charged if we have to clean up smoking-related damage, waste, or smells inside or outside.
The number of guests must not exceed the number included on the reservation. Absolutely no parties per Airbnb policy.
PARENTS: please be advised this property is not childproofed, and may not be suitable for young children or babies. All children should be closely supervised.
GUESTS WITH PETS: One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no cats. Your dog MUST be included on your reservation. DOG MUST BE LEASHED outside at all times, and please pick up after them in the yard and neighborhood. We have two outdoor cats and the property is not fenced with cars going by on the road. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment unless crated. You may be charged for pet-related damages or if extra clean-up is required on check-out.
