Pros: The apartment was huge and very spacious. It's a little lived in which made it very cozy. Keenan's assistant was very kind and straight to the point. She made sure I had everything that I needed. The neighborhood was safe as I arrived late at night and some guys in front of the building helped me with my bags. The Kitchen and Bathroom were clean but I did run out of toilet paper. The other guest in the house were nice as well. The train station was right around the corner which was great. There are many restaurants in the area as well. The area is filled with so much culture that you fall in love with it. There's also a park at the end of the street that looks over the Hudson River and an amazing view of the city. The grocery store was a couple of blocks away as well which was convenient. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.
Cons: more toilet paper & maybe add a T.v.
The place was nice, clean, and tidy. Keenan is friendly and it felt very comfortable staying there. Definitely a good value.

I never met Keenan but I always meet his "helpers/friends" who meet and greet me when I get there. I have been here many times. This time was a NYC date with my 6 year old. She and I enjoyed the area, the nifty coffee places, local restaurants, riverside park etc. Close to the 1 train so not much walking for the little one..

Keenan was able to accommodate my boyfriend and myself on rather short notice which was great! The room is good value for money - small, but who spends a lot of time in their room when you go to New York? Can be a little bit confusing to find the place when you first get off the subway, but once you do find it it's actually a pretty good location to get about from.
