Forget your worries in this small town setting. Just a short walk to the lake, park, and library. The Canadian border is just a 15 minute drive. Access the ATV/snowmobile trail from the backyard.

This place is cool in the summer, warm in the winter. It has a pellet stove, electric fireplace, and heat pumps.

Deck and fire pit with plenty of wood. Gun safe available which holds 12 rifles. Lots of room for snowmobiles and gear.

Every bedroom has lighting and a fan. Bedroom 3 houses the washer/dryer. Each bedroom has clothing storage. The parking area is huge enough for 8 or more autos. There is a hose hookup and hose outside. The public boat launch is 2-3 miles away. The living room has a 45" television and Xumo box/Internet access. There is a radio, lawn chair and two-person patio set. Camping/sporting equipment such as tent, life preservers, fishing poles and gas cans are available.
