This area has excellent options for dining out.
We have the perfect location; Just a two minute walk along a beautiful jungle path will place you at the high tide line on Playa Guiones.

We are away from the main road yet still walking distance to restaurants, grocery and surf shops.

There is a shared pool with garden lounges as well as an outdoor shower, a hammock and secure surfboard storage in the garden area.

Have a larger group? We have a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse and a studio apartment on the same property.

The space
You have exclusive access to our very private two bedroom, one bath apartment that can sleep four adults and a child. This upstairs apartment has a well equipped kitchenette and screened in patio overlooking the garden.

One bedroom has a king bed or two twin beds and a 30" x 72" childs bed that folds down from the wall.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.

We do not have laundry equipment in the unit. Laundry Service is available at a nominal fee.

Guest access
Self check in with keyless entry or assisted check in with our co-host during daytime hours.

We will deliver gate codes and room entry code a few days before your arrival.

Other things to note
Playa Guiones experiences occasional power and water interruptions, most are short term inconveniences.

We are located in a tropical environment, the best way to minimize ants and bugs inside the unit is to keep kitchen surfaces clean and dry.

This is a gated property but we suggest that you take all personal items inside when you retire for the evening.

We appreciate it if you run AC only in occupied spaces with doors and windows closed. Please turn off all AC units when you leave the house. Indoor spaces will cool off in a few minutes when you return.

We have limited parking on the property. If you will have a car or a golf cart, please check with us as you may be required to park on the road outside our gate. We cannot provide electricity for charging electric golf carts.
