The space
Charming rural house registered in the official registry of rural accommodations of the Canary Islands government, completely renovated, with a high tourist value due to its good communication with the rest of the island and proximity to tourist attractions.
To Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Playa de las Canteras or downtown: 30 minutes.
Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas and Caldera de Bandama: 20 minutes
To the south of the island and enjoy the beautiful beaches: 40 minutes.

And if you get tired of a lot of people and crowded beaches, you can return to this rural house that is in a quiet area and regain strength in the Jacuzzi preparing a barbecue, or enjoy nature and the mountains by hiking.

Guest access
Ground floor: the kitchen with small and large appliances, a washer and dryer, a cozy living room with a wood stove next to the dining room where we have a very comfortable sofa bed. Satellite TV. WiFi inside and outside the house.

Upstairs: the bathroom and a large bedroom with balcony and terrace, with wonderful views of the mountains and sea. Electric heating and a safe in the closet.

Outside: an intimate and cozy terrace with barbecue, large hydromassage jacuzzi and solarium with sun loungers.
There is also a small room under the stairs, with an ironing board and iron.
Parking is available on the street. The house is on a residential development's local road.

- Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. 25 minutes by car, experience one of the most famous carnivals in the world
- From August 29 to September 8, a festival in honor of Our Lady of the Pine. You can visit the town of Teror by car (19 minutes), public transportation, or hiking (Route 06, visit medianias.org)
- From September 14 to 21, Major Festival in honor of St. Matthew the Apostle, a 5-minute drive.
