The space
The Pottery Retreat & Studio
Enjoy a bright, open cottage featuring two bedrooms with queen beds and generous closet space. The heart of the home is a spacious living room with a cozy L-shaped sectional, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included). Dine in the sun-drenched solarium pottery studio or head outside to the back deck for lounge seating.
The Garage & Pole Barn:
Our private space for now. We're still moving at the speed of clay here.
Guest access
Main House Guests:
You have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom cottage, including the lake-view solarium pottery studio, the back deck, and the back yard fire pit area. Our yard is not fenced in entirely.
The Pole Barn:
We're revamping this into our new Tile Pressing Studio! While the studio is our active workspace, we invite you to step inside for a tour to see the progress. Rick's red truck will be parked behind the pole barn if he's there.
Parking & Lake:
You have dedicated parking on-site and full access to the lake path leading to the Torch Lake sandbar and sunset bench.
Other things to note
We're close by if you need any pottery tools or advice.
Keep dogs leashed on site & in the area.
When visiting the lake access, please walk straight out into the sandbar. Please respect the neighbors Shoreline, which is not public.

Crystal Beach Road is the place to stay for sandbar access. There are seven access points from our house to the Torch Lake Bridge. There are several places you can rent, pontoon boats, or kayaks. This community is made up of second home owners that have a house by the lake and other Airbnb guests. This area is known for recreation.
