A very elegant apartment situated in the heart of "Plaka"On the THIRD AND LAST FLOOR renovated February 2025 with a lift. literally by the side of the Acropolis on a quiet street 80m from the metro.
The Acropolis and the Acropolis museum is just a walking distance of 90 meters.
It has a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast. At night you can enjoy a magical sunset with the Acropolis view sipping chilled wine and just relaxing!

The space
What makes this place special is that it is very quiet so you could sleep and relax after a long day. Take the lift to the 3rd and last floor. It is 55 sq. meters very clean and you feel at home. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a lovely sofa where you can comfortably sit. We also provide fast wifi free of charge. In the bedroom there is a king size modern bed where you can stretch out and enjoy the FABULOUS VIEW of the Acropolis right from the BED or watch tv on a 42' smart tv. A blow dryer, iron and board are also available. A baby cot if you are on holiday with your baby upon request is also available. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your breakfast like coffee machine ,toaster, a kettle and a stove where you can whip up a nice meal and enjoy it from inside or on the veranda if the weather allows it. Our PRIVATE balcony allows you to enjoy a very close view of the Acropolis , so far all of our guests have mentioned in their reviews what we mean about the view. It is exactly in the famous location "PLAKA" not on the outskirts of Plaka!!! The neighborhood is very safe and there is police patrol 24/7.

Other things to note
We provide ingredients so that you can prepare breakfast for yourselves such as tea,coffee,sugar and milk portions for coffee. Bed linen and towels are provided also. Free wi-fi ,a/c, hairdryer and iron. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide a baby cot free of charge. For safety reasons the entrance door is always LOCKED so on the day of your departure make sure the entrance door is not locked before you leave the keys in the apartment.

What I just adore about this area is the history it holds within the cobbled streets. Because don't forget that we are in the heart of Plaka .Many writers, artist and spiritual people live in Plaka the oldest location in Athens, with it's historic center, it has many things to offer on foot such as the Acropolis museum,the Herodion theatre , the ancient market of Athens .
Furthermore, within A 3 MINUTE WALK from the apartment there's a wide variety of restaurants, bars,cafeterias, pharmacies .supermarkets ....etc.
In general all major sights are within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
