- The owner’s personal smart car is stored on one side of the double garage and is not available for guest use. For the safety of our guests and property, neither the smart car nor a golf cart is provided. If you need transportation during your stay, we strongly recommend renting a golf cart from a reputable local provider. If you need recommendations for golf cart rental companies, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!
- Lifestyle IDs are available for the duration of your stay. These IDs provide access to all the amenities The Villages has to offer, including Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, and more. The cost is $50 for your entire party.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
- No pets are permitted.
- Please be aware; Lawn service workers usually come on Thursday or Friday mornings depending on the weather. They will enter through the side gate and are there for about 5 minutes.
