Sunny Room in Luxury Complex - SOMA

Apartment - Private room · San Francisco, CA, United States

The Space

The room is a large (approx 250 square feet) room in a large apartment complex. There is a large window with view of the park in the middle of the complex.

The complex is packed with amenities that are available for free use, such as pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub.

The apartment contains a shared kitchen with all basic cooking appliances, along with space to leave your groceries. Also, we have an outside porch to host small gatherings (with permission from the other roommates, of course).

The bathroom is shared with one roommate. It is spacious and contains most of the basic things you wouldn't carry with you while travelling (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels upon request).

Wifi and washer/dryers available!

There are two other roommates each with their own private room. They work 8 AM to 7 PM every day and usually spend most of their time outside of the apartment. They both work nearby and are very fun to be around, but they'll also be respectful of your privacy!

Apartment is located in the heart of SOMA/South Beach. You're a 5-10 minute walk from AT&T Park, tons of restaurants, great bar life (especially happy hours), and everything that Market Street has to offer. You also have very easy access to public transportation to anywhere in the city.

  • Pedro was very friendly and welcoming. Very casual about check in and check out times. The room had a large bathroom and clean towels were provided. Very convenient location.

  • Even better than advertised -- I ended up in a different roommate's room, with a ridiculously comfy bed and a private bathroom. Folks were nice, and location was convenient for my needs. (The free private shuttle to BART and Financial District in the morning is nice!) The apartment complex doesn't exactly have a ton of San Francisco charm, but it's plenty serviceable if you need to be in the area - and you're a block from the foot of the Bay Bridge if you need something impressive to stare at.

  • I came for work in SoMa and found my stay with Pedro working out very well for me. Pedro and his roommate are super nice and helpful ; the place was clean; and I loved all the amenities such as gym, pool, etc... Good internet, desk in the room, and quiet.

  • Smooth process. Pedro is a great guy and it was funny we have mutual acquaintances.

  • We had a nice stay at Pedro's and enjoyed being in such a central location. We did not get to meet Pedro but his flat mate, Joe, was nice and helpful. There was a slight miscommunication about parking however Joe was able to help us with that once we arrived. Also, there was an issue with the wifi in the house which meant we did not have wifi at the flat during our visit. Otherwise a great location for a quick stay in San Francisco.

  • Pedro was a great host, his place is just right in SOMA, all the startup area, and public transportation is easily accessible. There is a cardio gym just right next door. Nice place for a great price... :) Highly recommended!

  • Had a great time in San Francisco staying in a room in Pedros appartment. Great location, in the middle of everything.

They even fixed a parking in the building for only 10$/day! Great service :D

  • Our stay with Pedro and Joe was a great one. The location is perfect and close to the action. Our trip was spontaneous and Joe was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information of things to do and how to get there. Parking was a short block away and a Bay Area bike rental station was right across the street. We rented bikes for a day to get around which ended up being a great idea. It was the easiest and most efficient way to see the most in the least amount of time. The apartment wasn't as spick and span as the pictures show, however, it was clean enough not to be bothersome. The shared bathroom was clean as well as the towels they provided. Joe had some friends visiting in town and we shared some conversation and drinks one night before heading out to local clubs. All in all the stay was an enjoyable one and Id stay with them again in the near future when I want a weekend getaway in SF.

  • Our company had a candidate stay at Pedro's Place and I received nothing but positive reviews about his space. He was also extremely nice and flexible helping me find a time to pick up keys and check in!

If you have a chance, connect with Pedro.

    Thanks Pedro!
