My boyfriend and I stayed here with our married friends and loved it. Our friends stayed on the futon in the living room and said it was surprisingly very comfortable. The flat is a 2 minute walk down the street from the Metro and a 3 mintue walk from a bakery where we got breakfast each morning. We did not use the kitchen for cooking although it was very clean with new appliances. A warning for the big and tall - the bathroom, especially the shower, was extremly small. We got along just fine, even with two 6 foot, 200lb guys with us. However, if you are any bigger than 250lbs I'd say the shower will be nearly impossible.
The flat was charming, clean and comfortable. Convenient and Great location!! Metro is just down the street a very short walk. Lots of places to eat and drink. Sandy and Pedro were kind and helpful.
The building gets loud during dinner time. There is an echo from the courtyard but I loved hearing it all.
Definitely, I would return!!

This was our first time visiting Paris, and Sandy's place really felt like home! The furnishings are clean and comfortable, and we had some of our best nights' sleep in the bedroom that opens up to a quiet courtyard. Having a fridge, kitchen and washing machine was very convenient since we were already halfway through our trip and desperately needed to do laundry. I loved the area - Montmartre is very quirky and fun, and despite the flat being located very close to a busy street, it was extremely quiet in the courtyard. A small grocery and a bakery are less than a 5 minute walk. Sandy has left a great deal of tourist information in the apartment to make your stay easier. Sandy was very accommodating to our slightly late arrival and early checkout, which we appreciated! We did not meet Sandy - her friend Pedro checked us in and out, and was very patient with our lack of French. Communicating with Sandy in English prior to our stay was not a problem. Thank you, Sandy and Pedro!
Sandy was a very nice owner: she was waiting for us in the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just like in the pictures. It was clean, modern and cosy, perfect for our one-week-stay in Paris. The location is great, just next to the Pigalle metro station. The apartment was situated in a quiet street so there were no street noise. Next time when we'll go back to Paris, we'd like to rent it again. We would strongly recommend this place.
My friend and I stayed at Sandy's apt this past April and it was comfortable, clean, near the metro and in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris! I highly recommend staying at her apt in Montmartre.
Writing this from my desk back home in NYC but wish with all my heart that I were still in the lovely appartement of Sandy! From my very first inquiry, to my arrival, to my (very reluctant) departure - I cannot imagine a more pleasant, stress-free experience on AirBnB or anywhere!
Will certainly be checking with Sandy for all future Paris trips - until then I will dream of my morning bagutte from Le Grenier à Pain, brunch at Coquelicot or at Templier, and diner at Le Village on Rue des Abbesses.
Whether you're a Paris newbie or an old pro, do not hesitate to give this flat a shot! Montmartre is gorgeous, and with Metro stops Pigalle & Abbesses bang outside your door, how on earth could you go wrong?
For photos and more deets on my April in Paris, feel free to find me on (website hidden)/Pinterest/Instagram - I'm @missuku on all three! xo
We had the most WONDERFUL stay at Sandy and Pedro's charming one-bedroom apartment in Montmartre. It was fully equipped - had everything you'd need for a short stay. It worked out quite well for our crew of 4.
The sofa bed was comfortable. The view to the courtyard made it really nice and it was very quiet (no noise whatsoever) and relaxing to be home. We were given two sets of keys which made it very convenient. Sandy and Pedro were both very helpful and cooperative which made the stay completely hassle-free and very comfortable.
The flat is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris where I like to stay every time I am in this city. This neighborhood has lovely cafes, bakeries, restaurants and pastry shops. It's a very lively neighborhood by day and by night. Pigalle and Abssess metro stops are just a hop away, so is the bus stop.
I recommend this place for couples and families with two kids.
