A single bedroom with tea and coffee provided. A large bathroom is shared only with myself. Guests will have sole use of my pretty sitting room which has a settee, a dining table (for meals/home working) and a smart TV with Netflix.

I have a lovely Victorian home situated in the village of Lane End. It is seven minutes drive to Marlow and there is easy access to the M40 (approximately 8 minutes) . High Wycombe is a 10 minute drive away where there are excellent links to Marylebone station in London and Oxford. It is approximately a 25 minute drive to Heathrow Airport. Ideally placed for a great pub, the Grouse and Ale, which does excellent food. There is also an Indian restaurant and both are three minutes walk from my front door. There is a small Morrisons supermarket and a chemist across the road.
I’m semi-retired and I live alone with my small, very friendly hypoallergenic dog who is not allowed upstairs.
There are plenty of country walks on my doorstep if you feel like stretching your legs!
