The space
On 2 levels :
Ground floor: Living room with TV, open plan kitchen with counter, dining area, spacious shower, separate toilet. Master bedroom, high quality bedding. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing set and vacuum cleaner.
Floor: bedroom with 3 beds for 1 person, high quality bedding, 1 coat hook, 1 dresser, 3 beds.
Outdoors Terrace and garden with exceptional panoramic views of Pic Saint-Loup, BBQ, sunbathing on the pool beaches, garden furniture, access to the infinity pool of 85m², heated, accessible from May to September inclusive. The pool, shared by 4 cottages, is large and its beaches are spacious. There are rarely more than 5-7 people concomitantly, if not nobody. It is heated to avoid falling below 25° wherever possible and remains permanently open.
The only habitat nestled in the heart of a 720ha protected area (ZNIEFF) surrounded by Natura 2000, the Domaine is located along the river (the Lamalou) in an environment rich in faunal, floristic and ornithological diversity.
The immediate environment is also rich in prehistoric remains. For example, among others, listed since 1959, the dolmen du Lamalou, a funeral monument built during the Final Neolithic is located 250 meters from the lodgings. It is characterized by a dry stone mound, two burial chambers and a straight access corridor.
From the infinity pool or private terraces and gardens, the panoramic view is exceptional. Ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful attractions in the region.
The place invites you to rest, relax and smell the Cevenol massif. Mushroom pickers enjoy walks around.
Nights are quiet like no other. In the freshness of the old stones, the summer nap seems essential. Spring and autumn fragrances are exceptionally rich. The place is great to recharge your batteries. The walls are covered with lime as in the past, the rooms are very spacious, the four seasons express the richness of perfumes, between Cévennes and northern Hérault.
Finally, Le Rouet is at the heart of the prestigious Tour de France cycling routes.
