FREE UNDERCOVER PARKING and I only rent the place out when I'm gone on work travel.
Little 1 bedroom located between Hayes Valley and Alamo Square. Perfect for date night at the Opera/Symphony/Civic Center.
The place includes a pullout couch, a nice tempurpedic queen size bed with feather comforter, an extremely large double door mirror in the bedroom (It's helpful for getting ready for a night out) a large flat screen connected to a Wii with Netflix for staying in, the tub-shower has shockingly good water pressure for being an older building, really quiet so no noisy neighbors. There is a coin operated washer/dryer on the first floor and I always keep quarters on my desk if you need to clean something :).
The biggest value add is the location; walking distance to the Symphony/Civic Center/Opera (as close as you can get before you start getting into the projects), all the great dinner/brunch spots of Hayes Valley, Lower Haight is a 5 minute walk away, Divisadero is on the other side of Alamo park and right down the street from the famous painted ladies. Also, one of the few spots in the city that stays sunning pretty consistently, the apartment itself is furnished with some fun stuff from my travels but for the most part its what you would expect from a 28 year old workaholic who's traveling 2 weeks out of the month. I'm always open to help out of towners with suggestions of restaurants, touristy things to do, places to see so if you pick this place you'll get a built in tour guide (if you want it of course :) )
I only rent the place out when I'm not there, which is about half the month. I'm always available to chat on the phone and will gladly offer advice and fun things to do in the area through messages.
The neighbors are exceptional, if you want the feel of staying in a locals neighborhood in SF this is the place to be.
Bus stop is right on the corner of Webster and Grove so transportation is really easy.
Free Parking Spot in my covered garage directly underneath my place

Edward is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. His place is in a lovely part of SF, centrally located and has a nice comfortable feel. It is clean and quiet and it was a wonderful first time experience.
What I liked was the bed, it was so comfy and also there was a bluetooth speaker that was an awesome touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, the parking spot is clutch, Edward was so easy to work with, we had a great time in San Francisco! The bed was comfy and there was netflix, so that was also nice to come back I after a day of bike riding.
Great Host! Very quick response times.
Edwards place was perfect. After my initial request of the apartment, he was quick to reply. Instructions for checking in were clear and easy to figure out. The apartment was in a perfect location, and the secure parking spot made it even better. Comfy bed, with clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean and the shower head and water pressure was fantastic. Awesome place, awesome host. Will definitely try to stay here again if I'm in the city.
Edward was constant and reliable. Always went above and beyond. This house was perfect!! Right next to the park and lots of yummy restaurants!
We spent a Saturday/Sunday at Ed's place recently. We had a very good experience, and appreciated the ability to have the place available early on Saturday. He left detailed instructions, and everything was expected and no unpleasant surprises. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable, and located in a fun and happening area, close to everything we wanted to do. His beverage and food recommendations within the area were right on, we have great memories of being there! I would recommend his apartment to anyone!
Ed's place was just about perfect. Clean and just as described in the listings. And Ed's instructions were crystal clear. I'd absolutely stay there again. The neighborhood was wonderful, and a short walk to a bunch of different things to do. The parking spot was key, too — parking in the city is notoriously difficult, and many neighborhoods require permits for street parking.
