The master has a king bed, the guest room has a queen/twin bunk, plus a pull-out twin for extra guests. The space
This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located on the 17th floor in the heart of downtown Atlanta, offering stunning city views from a large, private balcony.
The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, perfect for families or groups. For extra guests, there’s a fold-out twin bed stored in the closet, easy to set up and tuck away when not in use.
The living room is very comfortable, with separate dining area that seats six or more—great for meals, game nights, or working remotely. The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to feel at home.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious balcony, with high-rise views of the Atlanta skyline.

Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Peachtree Towers has no onsite parking. You will need to use one of the many paid public lots/garages that around the building. Even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it`s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host.
