This gated stylish, totally remodeled craftsman-built home is perfect for large families or couples who want their own spaces. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 pull out sofas that sleep 14, 4 1/2 baths, 2 kitchens, formal dining room, living room, family room and pool table room, outdoor dinning and BBQ, flagstone patio with outstanding views, a beautiful pool, hot tub and fire pit. The 4 acre private fenced outdoor area has numerous fruit trees and seating areas to relax and enjoy the vibes.

The space
This gated 4000 sq foot home is located on a 4 acre rural estate which boasts of lush mature greenery including over 50 fruit trees. Take a stroll on many of the walking paths on the property. There are 4 bedroom including two master bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 2 other bedrooms have queen beds, two other full baths. If needed there are 2 sleeper sofas and 2 twin roll away twin beds.

Where will you have your coffee in the morning? In the eat- in kitchen, or one of the 2 back patios, or on the private porches at either master suite? Where will you have lunch and dinner? In the formal dinning room, eat-in kitchen or on the covered patio? Cook in either of the 2 kitchens or outdoor built-in BBQ.

Then there are 3 areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful home. The main living room has a fireplace, comfy chairs, sofa and a view of the landscaped patio. The family room also has a fireplace is open to the main kitchen and has a 50 in TV and built in sound system. Lastly the third area has a pool table, fireplace and a 50 in TV.

There is a Resort Fee of $50 per day for use of the spa and the fire pit. The fire pit key is located by the BBQ on the post and the lighter is in the drawer in the kitchen closest to the door wall.
To use the spa, you will have to contact the host, Christy who can turn the spa heater on for a 2 hour time frame. You can use the spa twice a day, calling each time to have the heater on.

Guest access
The main home and surrounding grounds are yours to enjoy.

There is a second guest home at the front of the property which has full time tenants. Please honor their privacy.

There is a 4 stall horse barn, 2 paddocks and a ridding arena. These can also be rented separately if you have horses.

Other things to note
The owners of the home also owns Estate d"Iacobelli Winery in Fallbrook, which is a 15 min ride away. You will be given a 20% discount on all wine purchases as guest of the owner. Christy is also the tasting room manager.
