The apartment is on Calle Armas, located next to the Plaza del Arenal, in the city centre.

Other Things to Note
Why visit Jerez? Well for several reasons - it's the heart of fine flamenco dancing with live acts on every Thursday in the local taverns and if flamenco dancing isn't enough then why not visit the Royal Equestrian Art School and watch how the famous Andalucian horses dance. If wine is more to your taste then try out the Bodegas of Jerez and see how they produce such fine wines characteristic of Jerez, they'll even treat you to some wine tasting.
Touristic sights is also at the heart of the city with plenty to see including the spectacular Alcazar Palace, the stunning Cathedral symbolizing the religious devotion in the city, San Miguel Church, the Cloisters of Santo Domingo, or relax after a long day in the Arab Baths.
Nightlife can be enjoyed by taking "la ruta de la tapa," or tapas route, whilst trying some of the finest food and best wines on offer.
Without doubt venturing outside the city center is well worth investing time. With some of the most beautiful beaches with crystalline water and fine sand that will definitely leave an impression. For more of an outdoor adventure why not take a short ride to the sierra where you can visit the pictures white villages or go on a short hike in the mountains. Regardless of your tastes, time and temptations Jerez has it all and is a place not to be missed.
No tenemos ninguna norma en especial, simplemente esperamos que dejen el apartamento en buen estado
A great option for visiting
Jerez. Alejandro was a pleasure to deal with and had lots of useful advice for Jerez.
The apartment is very well situated close to main square and accessible by car for unloading bags. Paid underground parking was 100m away for 12 euros/night.
No Wifi though.
Apartment is well equipped including the kitchen.
There were 2 single beds in the master bedroom and 3 in the other bedroom. I might suggest upgrading the quality of the mattresses, though.
All in all, our family of four highly recommends this rental.
Un piso limpio, muy amplio, una gran ubicación y muy buen servicio y atención por parte del propietario. Una experiencia redonda.
Excepcional todo, piso, ubicación y sobre todo la amabilidad de Alejandro.
The apt is what they call "the best place to stay in". One can never imagine best location - just right about the corner from the main square, on the opposite side from the main attractions - the Cathedral & the Alcazar, but both 2 bedrooms look into the inner patio so that well sleep is guaranteed. The apt is very spacious - 2 bedrooms, dinning room & bathroom. Extremely clean, excellent fragrances, very comfortable beds, lots of blankets, bed linen, bathroom items, all what one might need in the kitchen, good TV signal, central air conditioning, etc. Just round the corner low-cost parking)
The host is more than just great - he welcomed us very warm waiting for an extra hour in a flat 'cause we were late (even left a bottle of white wine), left for us info (in writing & marked upon a map) about the places to visit for a drink, for eating, for watching and learning.
The only bad thing was the absence of WiFi - but as it's frequently spoken now, "we don't have WiFi, talk to each other")) (if it only wasn't about the work...) 1000% recommended)
Nosotros repetimos seguro :)
