Recomendo.
Apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo
Simone was easy to contact and a great host, and the apartment was exactly as we expected! The location was excellent: right between two major streets in Rome making for easy use of transportation, quick walk to Termini, but still quietly tucked into a charming side street. The beds were comfortable and fit the four of us well. A great choice for a Roman get-away!
It was a pleasure to stay at Simone's apartment. We were there for 4 nights, and the apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. It's in a very good location a short walk from the Colosseum and is situated in a very nice area with lots of small restaurants and bars. I can highly recommend it - and Simone was the perfect host, answered all our questions and was very helpful.
Simmons apartments is very nice and clean- Just like the pictures. He is a very friendly guys that waited a long time until we should up due to a delay. The location is perfect. You can pretty much walk to Rome´s most popular attractions. It´s perfect for a family with children.
The flat is well located in the nice district of monti. There are small stores around for food shopping. Also some design stores. We tryed some good restaurants in the neighborhood but this is definitely not the place for party or have a drink with music with friends. From the flat we went walking everywhere in the touristic attractions. Also for going out (25min walk).
Simone was very flexible about the arrival and departure time. Thank you for that!
The flat is nicely decorated but miss some comfort. The bathroom has a very low roof (approx 1.90m high), not large and get wet when it's raining. Tall persons are going to feel trapped in the bathroom.
The living room and the kitchen is full equipped so you can cook or have break first at home. The sofa can be adapted to a bed. If you want to stay home for a calm night you will miss some space in the sofa for 4people, but if you just passed there it is fine.
The room with the double bed is nice and has huge closet! The window open to a messy interior patio (not simone fault of course!).
The other room is not really a room. You have just enough space for the bed. It might be ok for small kids but not for adults (small and veryyy noisy beds).
The flat has natural light during the day. There are curtains but not enough for people who wants to sleep in a no light zone.
To sum up, the apartment is good for a couple or a couple with kids, small people! who want to spend all their time out. Then if you want some far niente better choose a more comfortable flat.
We are really sorry to read that Soheila and her friends stay wasn't as comfortable as expected, unfortunately we don't have a 5 stars hotel but a small and economic apartment, the people that need a good curtains, able to not let in the light from the street, or a wonderful view ahead the colosseum or san pietro, instead of a "messy patio", should choose something more expensive to satisfy their needs! We know the bathroom and the second room are small...but everything is well written on the advice, even the square footage of the house! We are really sorry if the sofa is not big enough to host 4 people together and if the house is not good to dance or walking...500 euro per 5 night per 4 people (included new year's eve) we think it's not enough to claim more! Anyway Soheila and her friend were very friendly, after we solved the problems with the delay of the check in and the payment of final cleaning fee! They didn't made any problem during their stay! We just had a little problem after the stay with a dirty and wet wall! If you will be hosting her we recommend to ascertain that she understand everything about your house, the payment and the time of check in! Thank you and hopefully your next stay will be better!
Where you stay can make or break a trip and I can honestly say our trip was nothing short of spectacular! Simone was so sweet and always quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The setup was much more convenient for us than staying in a hotel. We traveled with our 3yr old son who really enjoyed sleeping on the bottom bunk. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and lots of closet space for our luggage. We only made quick breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen, but it looked well equipped to cook.
The apartment is in a great location. It was surprisingly quiet at night and during our sons afternoon nap. We walked everywhere except taking the metro to Vatican City. We even walked back from the Vatican and were able to see more sites! Grocery, restaurants and little shops nearby. Don't miss the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore down the street. Absolutely breathtaking! Wonderful apartment. Three thumbs up from my family!
This was a little small for us and the bunk beds really didn't work for my 2 teenage sons- a little uncomfortable. However little kids would be fine. It's a great location with supermarket and restaurants near by plus access to all the sites...... If you hate walking then chose closer in!
Close to Colosseum and metro stop for sightseeing. Try the gelateria at the other end of the street, it's fantastic! Straightforward walk to Roma Termini station.
Fashionable decor with comfortable linen on beds.
Easygoing and flexible host, we didn't have any problems to rectify with him.
Big fridge and usable kitchen for self-catering.
Apartment is only on first floor, a dream when you have bags to carry!
No kettle that we could find meaning hot water for tea had to be boiled in saucepan.
Shower curtain did not stop the majority of water spilling onto the bathroom floor.
