About this listing
The room and facilities were just as described. The house had recently been beautifully renovated and was very clean. Catherine was a charming host and made us feel very welcome. She suggested some good restaurants in town and made sure we had everything we needed in our room.
Breakfast was simple but delicious with a range of Catherine's home-made jams to enjoy.
Catherine's house was in a delightfully quiet street but only a few minutes walk from an exquisite public arboretum leading into the town.
Catherine was excellent at responding quickly and our arrival went very smoothly as arranged. She made us feel very welcome and offered good local advice. The accommodation was just lovely and exactly as described. It was spotless and everything we needed was available. The breakfast was delicious with some very good homemade jams. It location was great, just a short walk through a nice park to the towns main square. We were able to sit and enjoy the beautiful courtyard and garden.
This was our first experience of Air BnB
