The location is awesome right in the heart of White Salmon just across from Hood River and close to shopping, dining, and of course fantastic vistas! This area is perfect for outdoor adventurers thanks to its proximity to both Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood - spend your days outside, then retreat here for evening relaxation.

The living area is inviting with a leather couch, armchair, and flatscreen TV. Opening up to the kitchen, any chef can appreciate the beautiful modern cabinets, stainless steel amenities, and ample cookware. Cook up a delicious meal for your guests and sit at the beautiful wooden dining table.

Each level of this home has a bedroom and full bath, so it's easy to find plenty of privacy for everyone in your group. The main level's bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the back deck with views of Mt. Hood. Upstairs, there's another queen-size bed with full bath, and downstairs is perfect for the kids with a futon and toys to play with! Altogether, up to six people can stay here comfortably.

The back deck is fabulous with some patio furniture and views, as well as a gas grill for summer afternoon barbecues. There's a private washer/dryer so your stuff can stay warm and clean. Fast and reliable WiFi ensures you'll stay in touch with your friends and family back home.

White Salmon is a wonderful home base for any type of vacationer. Just a few minutes' walk from this home, you'll find Everybody's Brewing, Feast and Pixan Restaurants, a grocery store, and other cute boutiques. This area is teeming with outdoor activity, especially for windsurfers, kiteboarders, skiers, and snowboarders!

There's always something to do year round, whether you're hiking, mountain biking, or hitting the slopes of Mt. Hood. Timberline Lodge, Mt. Hood Meadows, and SkiBowl are all within 50 miles, so any powder hounds in your group will have easy access. With the many rivers running down from Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood, there's also tons of whitewater rafting and kayaking available, plus rental places in town.

If you're feeling more in the metropolis mood, Portland is about 67 miles from here for concerts, delicious dining, and shopping!
