Originally built in late 1800s as a grocery store, it was relocated just 500 feet to this spot in 1936, the home blends OG charm with beachy comfort. You’ll be living inside village history— updated for today’s travelers. With walkable access to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and the train to NYC. Walk, dine, relax - no car needed.

Guest entrance through the patio back door. Quick access to driveway parking (across the 2 garage doors).

There is a respectful long term renter living on the 2nd floor. His door entrance is on the other side of the house.

This home is part of a two-family house; the other unit is privately occupied by local rowing coach.

The laundry is located in the shared unfinished basement and may require coordination for access.

Multiple window AC units cools the home well, but it’s not central air.

Quiet, respectful guests only—this is a residential neighborhood.
