Interaction with Guests
Ienjoy meeting my guests and conversing with them when schedules allow. I am very willing to share my knowledge of the area and my favorite spots. Most guests really appreciate that.
My neighborhood is quiet and there are basic amenities within five minutes like restaurants, Post Office, gas station, great thrift and antique stores.
There is no public transit so a car is a must.
No Smoking please. Dogs are welcome if well behaved. My dog puts up a fuss when guests come but a few sniffs and she will be a friend.
Carol's place "in the country" was very relaxing. I enjoyed staying there during my visit to Sedona and environs, and would not hesitate to return.
Carol was very sweet and accommodating to both myself and my dog Chico. The room was very comfortable and it was a quiet place for me to get some much needed work done.
Carol's home is lovely and the surroundings are beautiful. Make sure you enjoy her backyard. It has a great little fountain that makes you feel relaxed.
We had a lovely time. Carol's Place is very quiet and restful and we were able to have morning coffee sitting on her back deck overlooking the mountains and viewing the birds (bird book and binoculars provided by Carol). Carol's Place is about a 15 minute drive to Sedona and is very close to sites such as Montezuma's Well and Montezuma's Castle. Carol is a wealth of information, suggesting hikes and restaurants that we would not otherwise known about.
Ken and Susan from British Columbia, Canada who booked this with Gail's assistance. Gail plans to stay there at a later date.
Carol was lovely. She made me feel right at home. The room was so comfortable with its own fridge and bathroom. Carol gave me useful tips on what to see and where to go and even waited up for me when I got side tracked and took an unexpected long drive up to the Grand Canyon. I recommend staying here, she is just lovely!
We loved our stay with Carol! Her home was clean and comfortable and our room and bathroom felt like our own little (website hidden) and wireless access were great. Staying here, we were close to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, as well as Montezuma’s Well and Castle and the VBARV Ranch. Carol was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We visited about five places she recommended to see or do and loved each experience! Carol’s home was a perfect place to stay for us!
Had a great time at Carol's place. She made us feel at home and it was a very relaxing time. Alize the dog was wonderful; she enjoyed all the attention. Carol also gave us some information about local hiking and historic places. Lake Montezuma is a very friendly community; Crickets family restaurant is the best breakfast!!
