Snuggle up with a good book on the brass queen bed in the middle bedroom or enjoy the 55" smart TV. Decompress and recharge in the soothing, large master bedroom offering a king size bed, sitting chair, walk in closet and 58" smart TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Our home is professionally cleaned between each stay by a reputable company, and the cleaners are paid a living wage. Fresh, clean bedding and linens are provided for every stay. We believe in fair, transparent pricing so you can book with confidence!
Guest access
We provide self-check-in for your convenience. The front and back doors are equipped with keyless entry door locks and you will be provided your door code the evening before your arrival.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner’s locked supply closet which is not available for guest use.

Age requirement of 23 to book and a photo ID are required. An exception to the age requirement may be made for active duty military members.
We provide linens for all the beds , a towel set for each registered guest, and a starter set of paper products and cleaning products (paper towels, toilet paper dishwasher liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent) that will not be replenished during your stay. In addition, you'll find beach towels and two folding chairs for your use at the beach.
Checkout instructions will be in the house, but are simple common courtesies. Please empty the fridge and freezer of your items, do the dishes/start the dishwasher, and take out the trash and recyclables to the outdoor bins (trash pickup is on Tuesday). Please start a load of towels (not bedding).
*Security cameras are located on the exterior of the house at the entrances and record video and audio. There are no interior cameras in guest areas.*
Our property is in Florida, which is a humid subtropical environment. You may see wildlife and insects that call Florida their home. Please keep the doors and windows closed to conserve energy and to keep insects and mosquitos out. We do have an exterminating company treat the property regularly. However, if you encounter an insect or ant that finds its way inside, please feel free to dispose of it or catch and release to the outside world (your choice). Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to creature sightings.

This home is located on the coast of the Gulf, which is subject to seasonal weather variations. Per our Firm Cancellation Policy, no refunds or discounts are offered for weather-related cancellations unless a named storm triggers a recommended or mandatory evacuation order for our area. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your stay.
