Guests have full access to the house, balconies, and outdoor areas. The entire home is private, peaceful, and yours alone — whether you’re staying for a weekend or a season.

Other things to note
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area — beaches, tavernas and walking trails are just a short drive away, but not within walking distance.

The house is in a quiet village with few sounds beyond birds and breeze. Ideal for those seeking peace — less so for nightlife.

There is no shop in the village itself. The nearest supermarket, bakery and health centre are about 10 minutes away by car.

In winter, you’re welcome to use the fireplace. We provide some firewood to get you started. Additional wood is available locally — we’ll gladly point you to a supplier.

Like most homes in Mani, the house uses a septic system. Please do not flush toilet paper — a bin is provided.

Towels and bed linen is provided. For stays longer than 1 week, we offer fresh towels and bed linen.

We follow Airbnb’s Moderate cancellation policy — full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.

We’re Maurice Zeegers and Eva Antoniou — a Dutch-Greek couple with two children, living between Belgium and Mani. We love the quiet rhythm of life here: sea swims, mountain walks, and barefoot beach days. Our holiday home in Neochori, near Stoupa (Mani, Greece) is our retreat — a place of light and sea views. Maurice is a professor of epidemiology and Eva is a research consultant with deep roots in the Peloponnese.
