I had an amazing time at Julie's. Her house is so confortable and cozy that made me feel at my own home. Everything was perfect. Confortable bed and clean room. There was a vinyl record player in living room so I could listen records I had bought while was making a tea at the kitchen (fully equiped). The back yard is beatiful and very nice to stay in and have a tea. The neighborhood is extremely calm, not walking distance to downtown but if you grab a bike your commute issues will be solved.
And Julie is a very nice person, so attentive and ready to handle everything that could come up. She also gave me a ride to the airport at 7 in thee morning. Isn't she nice?
Julie's home was cute and in a great area in Austin. The house looked to be built in the 30' or 40's and was very charming. The train passes close by which could be loud but it wasn't frequent enough to be bothersome. For me it was a working visit instead of a vacation and it worked out perfectly.
Julie was very sweet and took care of the few issues that came up quickly and she left very detailed instructions for me if anything out of the ordinary were to come up. She responded quickly if I had any questions or concerns. Many thanks for making my stay in Austin a pleasant one!
Julie was nice and we felt very welcome. Her place is located in a quiet neighborhood near the old airport (with running trails). The equipment, especially in the kitchen, is very used and we have seen cleaner rooms during our long travel in the US. The rental rate was too expensive, even during the sxsw. But overall we had a great time in Austin.
Julie was super nice and accommodating when arranging both the pickup and dropoff of the keys. Her place is located right in the heart of my favorite neighborhood in Austin and is located on a SUPER quiet cul-de-sac. Her house is full of fun design pieces that really make you feel at home. The rental rate was pretty expensive but I think that had more to do with it being a popular weekend than anything else (still cheaper than a hotel) Thanks Julie!!
