The space
Welcome! As you step through the spacious entrance hallway, you’ll immediately feel at home. On this floor, you’ll find a generous and beautifully appointed kitchen—perfect for enjoying a relaxed breakfast with barista-style coffee, or winding down in the evening with a delicious dinner and a glass of wine (or two!).
Just off the kitchen, a large and stylish sitting room awaits. Sink into comfort by the cozy log-burning fire, and enjoy your favourite shows on the TV with Sky, Disney+, Netflix, and all the popular entertainment apps at your fingertips.
The bedrooms are located downstairs for a peaceful night’s sleep.
We offer two inviting rooms:
This Bedroom - Blue
A colourful and fun retreat with a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp White Company linens. This room also includes a chest of drawers and towels for two.
Another bedroom is available: Green

A sophisticated and serene space featuring a luxurious king-size bed with White Company pillows and soft linen sheets for a restful sleep. A chest of drawers provides ample storage, and fluffy towels are provided for two.
The bathroom (which maybe shared with one other room) features a rainfall shower in a large wet room style cubicle.
Need a quiet place to focus or unwind? There’s a dedicated workspace/art studio perfect for writing, painting, or simply enjoying some headspace. Art materials can be supplied on request. If you’re visiting for work, a collaborative meeting space can also be arranged.
If you are an adventurer or cyclist, please note there is secure indoor overnight storage in the ample garage available.
As your host, I’m delighted to offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. For those looking for something heartier, cooked breakfast options are available on request for an additional charge.
If you have a full day of exploring ahead, I’d be more than happy to provide a delicious dinner in the evening—just ask! (An addition cost will apply) A range of options are available, and all dietary requirements are happily catered for.

More Than Just a Bed and Breakfast!
At our home, you’re welcomed as more than just guests—you’ll have access to a variety of shared spaces to relax and enjoy during your stay.
Make yourself comfortable in the inviting sitting room, spacious hallways, dedicated work areas, and enjoy your meals in the kitchen-dining space or out on the sunny terrace.
There are two private bedrooms and a dedicated bathroom with wet room, rainfall shower are all located on the lower ground floor for your privacy and relaxation.
Your host, Emma, lives on the top floor and will occasionally be using the ground floor spaces, particularly the kitchen, to prepare your meals. Tea and coffee facilities will be readily available for you to enjoy, but we kindly ask that you don’t access the kitchen cupboards or fridge as this property is not self catering. Thank you for your understanding!

Thanks to our close proximity to the A30 (the main artery through Devon and Cornwall) you’ll have effortless access to unforgettable day trips and adventures.
Head west to discover North Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline. The vibrant seaside town of Bude is just 20 miles away, offering surf-friendly beaches, the unique sea pool, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy after a round of crazy golf.
To the east, immerse yourself in the dramatic beauty of Dartmoor. Hike to cascading waterfalls at Meldon or Lydford Gorge, or delve into the region’s rich heritage with visits to Tavistock and the historic Cotehele estate.
Venture an hour south and find yourself surfing the waves in Newquay, exploring the lush biomes of the Eden Project, or flying high on the zip line at Adrenalin Quarry.
