Valeria was a friendly host and we enjoyed our stay in her garden suite. Although quite far from the city center, the public transit links were quick and easy. Everything was in great order and comfortable.
The only minor gripe was the construction next door, which started quite early in the mornings, however, that is obviously temporary and in no way the fault of the host.
Thanks again for the hospitality. We enjoyed our stay!
The whole space was exactly like the pictures. It was warm, cozy and nice. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe too. We came back pretty late at night and it was okay.
We also booked this place super last minute and Valeria was soooo kind enough to take us in. She and Matt was so friendly. They invited us for their music night but we couldn't join because we got back a little late and was too tired.
The streets on the right side of the place has nice cafes and shops. Love it :) buses aren't that far either. You don't havta walk so much to get to the nearest bus station.
Great location, close to Golden Gate Park, multiple bus lines, a couple of grocery stores and plenty of restaurants.
Quiet, clean, nice little backyard and covered outdoor space.
Using the bus (MUNI) and train (BART), it was easy to get to and from the airport.
Kitchen had all the stuff Anyone would need for a short stay and the shower had good water pressure.
Valeria was very attentive to each post, each text. Unfortunately we got in at a time so we could not meet. I will definitely keep the listing in mind for the future. The neighborhood is a perfect walking distance to people who are looking for a more authentic San Francisco experience that they won't find downtown or at the wharf. It was very spacious for two people and it was nice and quiet. It was a very positive experience. Highly recommmended.
Valeria was very easy to communicate with. She was there when we arrived and was very helpful answering questions we had. The location was fantastic. We were in walking distance of Golden Gate park, Haight/ Ashbury st., and many wonderful cafes and restaurants. Made our girls weekend in San Fran great!
Me and my 3 friends had a really nice time at Valerias place.
the Garden was perfect for a short work out, and there was everything we needed.
She even called a cab for us, because our mobiles didn't work.

20 years of living in San Francisco is not enough to uncover and enjoy all the gems the Bay area has to offer! I am still exploring my favorite city of San Francisco and I am happy to help you in your journey!
I love hiking and can share my most beloved hikes in the area. My passions are indoor and outdoor rock climbing, Argentine Tango, traveling, and cooking. I worked with and am friends with local artists. In fact, all art pieces in the apartment are made by local artists. I can arrange a private tour for you of our numerous art studios if you are an art lover or collector.
