The space
Rue de Rennes, located on the left bank of Paris in the 6ᵉ arrondissement, is an emblematic thoroughfare that embodies the charm and effervescence of the capital. Linking the Montparnasse Tower to Boulevard Saint-Germain, it passes through districts steeped in history and teeming with activity. Nearby landmarks such as the Luxembourg Gardens, Saint-Sulpice church and the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district add to the prestige of Rue de Rennes. This area attracts history and culture buffs as well as those looking for a stroll in picturesque surroundings.

This luxurious 55 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Haussmann-style building (accessible by lift).
Tastefully and delicately decorated, each space reflects contemporary Parisian elegance and refinement. Every detail has been meticulously thought through, from the noble colours to the timeless parquet flooring and carefully selected design elements, to create a warm, luxurious atmosphere of the highest standard.

Upon entering, the flat reveals a sumptuous, spacious and light-filled living room, where modern décor blends harmoniously with elegant furnishings to capture all the timeless charm of Paris. The lounge area, with its comfortable double sofa bed, invites you to relax and enjoy the connected TV for your entertainment. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is a real showcase of functionality, complemented by a refined dining area that can accommodate up to four guests for unforgettable moments of conviviality.

The bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a quality mattress, plenty of storage space and a connected TV. The chic bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower.
For added privacy, there is a separate WC.

For maximum comfort, this flat is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
