Welcome to my beautiful Georgian-styled apartment, which is situated 8 minutes walk from the All England Lawn Tennis Club and moments from the open spaces of Wimbledon Common and close to Wimbledon Village, perfect for the Tennis Championships Fortnight and visiting London!
A beautifully presented and well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment situated on the top floor of this exclusive gated development.
Both the living room and principal bedroom are located in a turret which benefits from 180 degree views over London, including a view over No.1 Court.
The apartment comprises a bright reception room with a doorway to the balcony and an archway through to the kitchen which is fully fitted with a full range of integrated appliances.
The guest bedroom is a lovely bright room, with an 'Iron Bed Company' designed double bed and private bathroom with a newly installed, thermostatic power Mira shower.
Guests will be treated to fluffy towels and crisp bed linen. I will also supply continental breakfast – cereal, bread (toast) and condiments, that you can help yourself too and you may also help yourself to tea and coffee at any time.
There is also free high speed fibre optic wireless internet, Sky TV, use of washing machine, balcony and communal garden.
The entire development is very secluded and surrounded by communal gardens and woodland. It benefits also from a 24 hour porter and excellent security. The apartment has its own allocated parking as well as additional space for visitors.
Wimbledon Common is close by and offers a variety of delightful walks and recreational facilities. Wimbledon Village itself is less than a mile away and is renowned as one of the most desirable residential locations south of the River Thames.
Wimbledon All England Club is an eight minute walk; Southfields Station (District Line) is 15 minutes walk and both Wimbledon and Putney mainline stations, for the London Overground and National Rail Services between Central London (Waterloo) and the South East, are a short bus ride. Wimbledon Station is also served by the District Line tube, providing convenient direct access to the museums at South Kensington,St. James' Park, as well as the Tower of London.
It is also a short distance to Wimbledon Village, which boasts an abundance of bars, restaurants and boutiques.
Other facilities open to guests include the 'Windmilers' Running Club who meet every Sunday morning and organised runs into Richmond Park or Wimbledon Common. There are also a variety of local gyms in and around Wimbledon
A polite request that my guests leave the property in the same condition, as you found it, upon arrival. Do please make use of the breakfast facilities and unlimited tea and coffee and place crockery/utensils into the dishwasher; wipe down the kitchen surfaces I will take care of things from there.
My cleaner visits every fortnight and leaves everything immaculate! I would also politely request that my guests refrain from smoking, within the apartment
Hallway and Reception room floors are wooden, so please remove your shoes.
