Welcome to our holiday home with a great location by the lake. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor furniture and two canoes, and can be used as a barbecue area. The boathouse doors can be opened to the sea without being disturbed by others.
Please note: Parties and larger gatherings are not allowed.

The space
The property is located by the lake, with
beach, boathouse and canoe. As shown in the picture, there is a small road across the property between the house and the boathouse.

The house contains a large living room, large kitchen, three bedrooms on the main floor, and a basement room as a fourth bedroom. Bathroom and guest toilet are on the main floor. Also shower and sink in the basement.

Bedroom 1 - double bed

Bedroom 2 - one bed of 90×200 and one bed of 120×200.

Bedroom 3 - a pull-out bed with two 90×200 beds.

Bedroom 4 - basement living room with double bed, corner sofa with table.

There is a dining table both in the kitchen and the living room.

There is a lawn in front of the house, and a smaller lawn behind the house.

The house is located in quiet surroundings, about 3 km to Sauda city center and 200 m from the campsite. It is about 10 minutes from ski trails, close to mountains, golf and swimming areas. Great hiking areas in both summer and winter. In Sauda city center there are cozy shops and cafes. There are nice sports facilities and tennis courts that can be rented. Great swimming facilities with both outdoor and indoor pools.
