Surrounded by Mark Twain National Forest and with a private 11 acre lake, river access, and trout stream fishing, there’s no end of activity for anglers and nature lovers alike.
The 3 bedroom (plus 4 bed loft), 3 bath lake house provides plenty to do for those who prefer to stick around the house.
You’ll also have a view of our trout farm, operating on the property.
This is a new farm for us, and the grounds still need a bit of work, but we think you’ll enjoy our work in progress.

The space
Ground floor - living room with pool table, shuffleboard, smart tv, seating, laundry room, extra fridge/freezer, King bedroom, hall bathroom (shower only)
First floor - kitchen stocked with the basics, dining room (table seats 8, island seats 2, with additional table for 8 in the connected living room), living room with smart tv, Queen bedroom, hall bath (shower/small tub combo), master (King) bedroom with shower/small tub combo
Loft - 4 Full beds, smart tv

Outside - on the deck - pool (not heated, open when it’s hot enough through when it gets too cold), hot tub, fire pit with seating, outdoor kitchen with sink, single burner, and propane grill

- private 11 acre lake for swimming, fishing, boating
- Big Piney River access on the property (There is a boat launch area directly across from the driveway. If you'd like to bring some tubes (we can't provide them for this), you can put in across the driveway and enjoy an hour or so float around the bend, pulling out on our property to come back to the house.)

- surrounded by Mark Twain National Forest, there is no shortage of trails for hiking

There are propane fireplaces in both living rooms that are not currently available for guest use.

Guest access
We have about 90 acres and then it's National Forest. If you happen to go hiking and find an area that is posted, you've hit a neighbor and we ask you to respect their property by staying off of it, but chances are that won't happen. You're welcome to wander around on our property, but we ask that you stay out of the horse barn, the brown garage in the lower section of the property, the camper that we have by the brown garage, and the two locked sheds. Other than that, we have the actual trout farm part of the property fenced off for bio security reasons, but if it's something in which you are interested in seeing, let me know and we'll work that out.

There are two fields/flat grassy spaces that you're welcome to use. One of them has a concrete pad with a pickleball court/ half court basketball. All of the gear for both games is down there, along with a wood fire pit and chairs for the spectators.
