This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

Sea Views from every room. On a working coastal farm, Te Kupenga Farm, this peaceful retreat overlooks the stunning Taronui Lagoon.

Spacious living areas and 2 covered decks lead to lush lawns and native landscaping. Breathe in the sea air, unwind, and truly relax, you may never want to leave. A walk of around 8 minutes takes you to the pristine beach and soak in the natural beauty all around you.

The space
Spacious open-plan living with a modern kitchen and quality furnishings throughout.

Enjoy meals at the oversized dining table or outside on the covered decks on two sides.

All three bedrooms open directly onto the decks—two with Queen beds, and one with a Super King.

There is a cot available on request, full laundry facilities and a double garage for your convenience.

We use Ecostore cleaning products and soaps. The sheets are high thread count cotton, duvet covers are linen, and the duvet inners are silk for your comfort. There are sliding flyscreens on the ranchsliders to make the most of the summer air without being bothered by mosquitoes.

Guest access
You will have full use of the house and its own surrounding garden, which has been landscaped to feature New Zealand native plants.

There's also a small orchard, herb garden, and, depending on the season, vegetables for you to pick.

Other things to note
Access is over a farm road, not suitable for very low vehicles. This is a working farm please be aware that there may be cattle in the paddocks and there is no access to the paddocks for guests.
