I booked this place because my family is coming to visit. There are 2 kids and 3 adults. It's perfect place to stay for a family like us. We were already traveling for a couple days and staying in hotels - the washing machine and dryer equipped were a bonus for us to do our laundry before continuing our journey to next destination.
Terry was very easy and efficient to work with. The place was in a wonderful location and I had a great experience.
Had a great stay at Terry's place. The booking process was quick and easy. Terry replied to all our emails very quickly, and gave us the door code so we could arrive any time that day. When we couldn't figure out the wireless, he came right over, helped us out, and then chatted with us about what it's like to be an airbnb host. He also gave us a recommendation for a yummy barbecue place that we really enjoyed.
The condo itself is a basic, no-frills place that is literally steps from the beach. It's also just a few blocks from a big park on the bay and from a small, casual amusement park that has one of the oldest wooden roller coasters in the United States. Overall, we thought the location was perfect for hanging out, walking around, and enjoying the water and gorgeous sunsets. We didn't use our car at all. There may be some street noise (which Terry had told us about when we asked), but I'm guessing that's typical of this area.
We'd happily stay here again.
