The space
Welcome to Your Restorative Home-Away-From-Home
This ground-level apartment, located on the first floor of a split-level home, offers a spacious, simple, and clean environment thoughtfully designed for extended stays. Whether you’re here for medical treatment, a healing retreat, or personal renewal, this space provides the comfort and calm needed for rest and restoration.
Originally fully renovated two years ago, the apartment received fresh updates this past winter to ensure every detail supports a welcoming, easeful stay.
Natural elements such as woven cotton rugs, real wood, stone, and glass create a grounding, nurturing atmosphere. The sealed concrete floors offer a clean, allergen-friendly surface, perfect for those with sensitivities.
We use powerful but mindful cleaning protocols—prioritizing low-chemical, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic options whenever possible, including for laundry. If you have allergies or special requests, please reach out; we are happy to accommodate your needs.

The bright, fully-equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals throughout your stay—whether you’re preparing nourishing soups, healing teas, or celebratory dinners.

Each room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with its own distinct style and soothing natural light. One of the bedrooms is softly lit by design, creating a quiet, restorative atmosphere ideal for deep rest.
The bathroom is naturally windowless, offering a private, spa-like environment for bathing, skincare rituals, and intentional unwinding.

For downtime, enjoy your favorite streaming apps with a 43” 4K Ultra HD screen (bring your own logins).
Outdoor Space & Accessibility
The property features a large yard for morning breathwork, sunset watching, or simple fresh air moments—with peaceful views of both sunrise and sunset horizons.
Parking is plentiful and easy with a spacious driveway and ground-level access for ease of mobility.

We warmly invite you to message us for personalized spa packages tailored to longer stays, available by appointment and subject to availability.
To support your well-being, optional mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the spacious yard, driveway, fire pit area, and beautiful outdoor spaces—ideal for savoring both sunrise and sunset moments. The only shared area is the foyer, which serves as the entryway to your private apartment. Once inside, you’ll enjoy complete privacy along with stunning sunset views through the windows. Please note, while the fireplace adds cozy charm and character to the apartment, it is not currently operational.
Other things to note
We’re delighted to share that we live on-site, so we’re always nearby to support you during your stay. We’re also putting the finishing touches on some beautiful exterior updates to the property. These improvements are purely cosmetic and carefully scheduled to ensure they won’t affect your comfort or relaxation. We’re proud to offer a space that continues to evolve with care, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
