The space

The heart of the home is the chef-style kitchen, thoughtfully appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to cook everything from pancake breakfasts to holiday feasts. The open layout allows for easy conversation and connection, flowing seamlessly into the cozy dining and living areas, so the chef is never left out of the fun.
Downstairs, the game room awaits with entertainment for every generation. Dive into friendly competition with air hockey, a classic Pac-Man arcade game, corn hole, and a pool table. A large movie-style TV allows you to relax and watch a show. This is where laughter echoes, and memories take root.

While this is a new account for properties we manage on behalf of friends and family, rest assured that your experience will be nothing short of spectacular.
KITCHEN -

Whether you're cooking up a sunrise breakfast or preparing a cozy family dinner, this kitchen features everything you need: a large fridge, a modern range, a dishwasher, and all the cookware at your fingertips. The open layout effortlessly flows into the adjoining dining and living areas, so whoever’s taking charge of the meal never misses a chance to connect with the group.
SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREA AND DECKS-
The outdoor living spaces are designed to make the most of the peaceful Smoky Mountain setting. Expansive wrap-around decks offer multiple seating areas, perfect for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying meals al fresco, or relaxing in a rocking chair as the sun sets over the trees. A picnic table sits just outside, ideal for family-style meals or casual snacks in the fresh mountain air. A classic grill is ready for mountain-style cookouts, while the firepit invites cozy evenings under the stars, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows. A private fire pit with chairs just steps away, and a private hot tub await you. The Highlander’s recreation areas are designed to provide endless fun for guests of all ages. The spacious lower-level game room is flooded with natural light through an oversized glass garage door, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Challenge family and friends to a friendly match of pool, air hockey, or arcade-style basketball; there’s something here to spark friendly competition and laughter. Just steps away, the brand-new hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day of games and adventure. • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, a bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip.
• Convenient location, less than 9 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park.
• Only 14 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 13 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
Guest access
Our guests will have the full cabin to themselves! We will send an electronic door code approximately 5 days before check-in.
Other things to note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety:
• All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™ including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin.
• Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect
• Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow the use of chlorine products.
• Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests.
• Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest
• The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol.
• Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.
