Escape to nature just 20 minutes from Tirana & Durrës! This spacious villa hosts up to 14 guests and offers complete privacy ,perfect for families, friends, or special events.

✨ Enjoy a large private pool, peaceful gardens, cozy fireplace, karaoke , Smart TV, and a huge kitchen both inside and outside for shared meals and fun gatherings. The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms , 2 with private bathrooms plus an additional shared bathroom.

🌿 Surrounded by trees and birdsong, it’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and celebration.

🐾 The property also includes a small farm with friendly animals (dog, chickens, cow, sheeps , ducks , peacocks , different kind of birds and seasonal fruits & vegetables. A staff member visits only the farm area around 7 AM until 11 AM and 9PM daily, always discreetly, ensuring your full privacy.

💧 For stays longer than 3 nights, staff will need to visit the villa to water the plants and gardens.
