We welcome you and your crew to stay with us at "Trails and Tails Escape" in Onaway Michigan. Close to miles upon miles of trails for ATV/ORV riding and we are dog friendly!

The space
Lower Level:
Guests first enter through the finished basement into our downstairs living area with a big screen TV, couch and exercise equipment- please note the fireplace will not be accessible for guests use.

Along with the basement on the lower level, you are welcome to utilize a king sized bedroom, full bathroom with a standup shower, and laundry area with included laundry detergent.

Upper Level:
Venturing up the stairs to the primary level of this two story house you will discover a full kitchen with a dish washer, coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking essentials and lots of extras to enjoy a night in, cooking for your group.

Also, off of the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 6 yet room for 2 more chairs that are near the table. There is also a bar area with seating for 2.

The living area has seating for 5 and can be viewed from the kitchen and dining area. Guests may utilize the stockpile of family games, located in the closet in the living area.

Down the hall on the main level, you will find a 2nd, king sized bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with two twin bunkbeds as well as full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Guest access
There are several locked closets and an attached garage that is off limits as well as the pole barn on the property.

Other things to note
*Air conditioning unit is a window unit in the kitchen area.

*Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Guests must crate their untrained pets if they are away and the pet is left unattended. Pet fees do not cover pet damages nor pet droppings left in the yard. No other animals allowed besides dogs, please.

*Bean bag boards and extra chairs are under the back deck.

*Tom's IGA is your best bet for groceries and is less than 5 minutes away. We also have a dollar general and family dollar close by.

*3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms- 1 king bedroom with a full bathroom is on the main level and the second king bedroom, double twin bunkbeds and full 2nd bathroom is on the 2nd level.

* Please note: the basement shower drains very slowly and may require extra time for drainage after use. We have had it evaluated by professionals previously, but the issue has unfortunately not been fully resolved.

*Guests may utilize pantry items

*Trash day is 6 AM on Wednesday so trash should be out early am.
