Enjoy a beautifully well-maintained home in a charming beach town! Just 3 blocks to the beach, centrally-located with heated SPARKLING SWIMMING POOL and lots of beach toys, wagon, chairs, umbrella.

The space
Indian Rocks Beach is a true gem located in Florida’s Gulf Coast! It is nestled between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg beaches and provides a crowd-free and relaxing environment! Our home is 3 blocks to the beach and about 10 blocks to the original Crabby Bills and many other delicious restaurants and bars! There are sidewalks all along Gulf Blvd for your walking and biking experiences.

Our townhome is a newly renovated home providing access to three stories with two large balconies and a patio leading straight out to the pool. You have access to:

-a fully stocked kitchen
-a downstairs game area with a foosball table and arcade system as well as a murphy bed at an additional cost
-a comfortable living room area stocked with board and card games and access to an Amazon fire stick for streaming services
- main floor patio has two round tables that seats a total of 8 people overlooking the pool,equipped with a ceiling fan for those hotter days!
- the master bedroom has its own private balcony with seating for two, a television set, and it’s own bathroom and shower (stocked with showering essentials)
- the guest room consists of a bunk bed system with two twin beds and a full bed
- the guest bathroom located in the hallway is stocked with your showering essentials
- beach equipment is provided upon request (chairs, umbrella, cooler)
- bicycles and bike locks are available for rent at an additional cost (a detachable bike wagon for younger kids is available upon request)
- pool requires a key to enter and just a few steps away from our outside patio- pool floats and toys are provided

Needless to say, we have it all! Anything you don’t find that would be convenient for your stay is just a simple phone call away. We will do our best to make this stay your best yet!

We have created a guide for your reference to point you toward some of our favorite local restaurants, ice cream shops, activities, and more. There is so much to do here in IRB for both families and non-families!

ACCESS

Guests have access to the pool. The gate to the pool is a lock and key system. You will need to lock the gate door upon leaving the pool.

You have access to three balconies. Please do not hang clothes or towels from the rails as it is not allowed per the HOA.

Public beach access is off of 7th or 8th Avenue. 8th has limited parking spaces. We recommend walking, riding bikes to the beach, or using a golf cart .

NOT wheel chair accessible due to age of property and no elevator.
