Experience NYC with a local. Share this clean and stylish space. You'll get the loft space & your own closet and I have my own bedroom & office area. We'll share the common areas. I'm an awesome gay guy who would be happy to share hots spots.
Come stay with me "Chelsea NYC" ((website hidden) Maps it and see for yourself how ideal the location really is).
You'll have your own loft space with a Twin bed. The way the apartment is laid out, you'll be nearest to the bathroom and your OWN CLOSET is next to that. You won't be disturbing me if you come home late at night or wake up super early to explore NYC. No worries -my sleeping area is on the other side. There are also privacy curtains for each of us -which also make great blackout shades for those who like to sleep in.
BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED and SUNNY SPACE
There is an open-air feel with five windows and 13-foot ceilings. Clean and uncluttered. Technically the size of a 1 bedroom but is laid out as a L-shaped studio. The apartment is an easy walk up on the second floor of a prewar building. Clean, safe, and has a double locked door buzzer system.

Interaction with Guests
I'm gay and nonjudgmental -a great relaxed home environment for likeminded individuals. I'm quite personable and easy to get along with.
As a well traveled former flight attendant, I enjoy meeting new people from all over. I'm a great host and can tell you where the best gay hot spots are and could join you for occasional drinks -if you're up for it. On the other hand, if you're just looking to do your own thing in the city -that's fine too as I can respect your privacy and personal space.
I am a freelance photographer who enjoys going to the gym and out with my friends. I have an active life yet I also enjoy a quiet home life.
Located at 23rd Street and 10th Avenue -you can see the entrance to the Highline Park! Walking distance to Greenwich Village and the Meat Packing District. Conveniently located to art galleries, cafes, coffee houses, movie theaters, restaurants, dry cleaners, grocery store, Broadway theatres and the Chelsea Piers Gym. There's even a CVS and Chase Bank right across the street.
Readily available to buses and taxis and a short walk to either the 1/9 or C/E subways.
Pet-free please. I have no judgements on smoking -I just ask that if you smoke to please do it outside.
David was really sweet and welcoming! I really enjoyed the days I spent at his apartment. The location is great and it's really easy to get any place in town from there.
The place is really nice, perfectly located and very comfortable. You have everything you need around so you can basically walk everywhere from here.
David is very kind and helpful, he gave me a nice introduction to the neighbourhood and the city.
Nice to meet you Ricardo! Thanks for this nice review:
"David is very helpful and a great host, I helped a lot to not get lost in the city and well organize my days , especially considering it was shortly . It was my first experience with this type of accommodation and the truth is that it was very good: D "
Excellent location, just opposite high line, easily accessible with lots of food choice nearby. Appartment as per the photos.
A beautiful space, with a beautiful host. The area was great and felt safe, welcome and right at home. If I have the chance I would stay here again without a doubt!
David is one of those people that you meet and you feel like you've been friends for a long time. All the reviews that talk about how friendly, laid back, and helpful he is are 100% correct. Meeting and bonding with David was a highlight. He makes sharing his space effortless.
The space was exactly as advertised and perfect for me. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent also - right by The Highline", 10 easy blocks to Penn Station and another 10 to Times Square - or just 2 long blocks to the Subway. Perfect.
David was such a great host. Made me wish I were staying for more than just one night. But took the time to show me a map of surrounding places to eat and hang out, talked me through how to navigate anywhere I was going, and had an incredibly clean place. The little bed nook was so cozy on a freezing, rainy day outside. Such a great experience overall, and would recommend David to anyone. Also, the stop is on a really convenient bus line, and only two blocks from the nearest metro line. So, really easy to get around.

I'm an easy going gay guy who's open minded, and nonjudgmental.
I've lived in NYC for over 12 years so I'm a wealth of information of where to go and what to do. I have an active life with freelance photography work, friends, gym, etc.. but I love to host so I wouldn't be opposed to taking you out in the city. I will also understand if you just want your own freedom to explore the city on your own/family/friends or are in New York City for work. I hope to make your stay with me non-awkward and enjoyable!
As a former flight attendant, I've traveled internationally and I enjoy meeting people from all over; so, being an Airbnb host comes quite naturally. By reading my 20+ rave reviews and 7+ references, you'll get a good idea of what it will be like to stay with me in this space. For the most part, I've had wonderful experiencing hosting guests for nearly 3 years and if this is your first time, I say go for it :-)
