Welcome to "Sun of the Green"—our stunning Bullhead City retreat near the Colorado River! Our spacious escape sleeps 10 and offers relaxing greenbelt views, a sparkling pool, soothing spa, and fun-filled pool table. Whether you're lounging by the water, soaking in the spa, or enjoying friendly competition indoors, our home is perfect for families or groups seeking both adventure and tranquility in the Arizona sun. With access to a private boat launch and beach less than a quarter mile away!

The space
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + twin bed + Full (sleeps 5) +attached bathroom

Bedroom 2: Full bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed + Sofa bed (sleeps 3)

Total: 8 beds (sleeps 10)

Other things to note
Please read the additional rules before booking.

HOA:
- Trash day: Thursday. If you’re staying here, please put the trashcans out and place them back on the side of the house as soon as possible.
- Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. No loud music.
- Pets MUST be leashed on the greenbelt and waste promptly disposed of.
- Marina: Abide by no wake zone.
- Leave ducks alone.
- Fishing is catch and release with barbless hooks.
- Do not park on sidewalks.
- Do not park on empty lot next door.

Any violation of the HOA rules that results in a complaint or citation to owner will result in forfeiture of $500 deposit.

PETS
Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up.

POOL
The pool is not heated at this time.

SPA
The spa runs on gas and can be heated for $50 per day (no minimum) and will be automatically setup for you from 5pm-11pm.

PARKING
You're welcome to use the driveway to park. Street parking is available as well as long as it doesn't block any driveways. The garage is not available at this time.

QUIET HOURS
It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day.

OCCUPANCY
For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 10 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
