Nestled in downtown Greenwood, our home blends old-town charm with modern comfort and cozy, upcycled style. Walk to local coffee shops, shopping, and local weekly events, or enjoy quick interstate access just 20–30 minutes or from downtown Indianapolis, Indianapolis Airport, Lucas Oil Stadium , the Indy 500, the Convention Center & more ! Thoughtful amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor dining and hangout space; perfect for work or relaxation.

The space
This thoughtfully designed home offers a full kitchen, an inviting dining nook, and a dedicated office space tucked into the loft/ common area; ideal for both relaxation and productivity.

Sleeping accommodations include three well appointed bedrooms. The first floor primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom comfortably sleeps up to five guests with two trundle beds (four twin beds total) and an additional standalone twin bed.

Perfect for families, groups, or extended stays, this home provides flexible sleeping options suitable for adults, teens, and children. Please refer to the photos for layout and details.

The home offers two full bathrooms, including a private en-suite in the owner’s suite and an additional full bathroom located on the second floor. A uniquely styled half bath is conveniently situated off the living room.

For added comfort during longer stays, a washer and dryer are available in a dedicated laundry room near the kitchen. Please note: that a few private owner closets are secured and not accessible to guests. Garage is also not accessible and restricted to guests .

Full Kitchen includes fridge , gas slide in range oven,
dishwasher, microwave , coffee maker, and a fun ice cream maker with instructions. We provide utensils , cups , dishes , silverware and cutting boards . We also provide some spices to make your stay more tasteful.

We are child friendly but not child proof. We do offer some board games of all ages . There are many child friendly locations in downtown Greenwood like Kid City at the community center as well as Craig & Old city Park .

Property has a private breezeway patio with outdoor seating. Perfect for morning coffees , brunch, or dinners. During colder winter months we will put away cushions into storage . We also offer a propane grill that will be put away during winter and early spring. We do request you leave 3 feet away from the grill any any wood structure. Placing Grill outside of the covered porch for proper ventilation would be preferred.

We have a No Smoking/ Vaping policy. No Parties !We also do not allow any pets . Will be a $250 fee for specialized cleaning if this is disregarded / respected. Please check Rules guide for Full List.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of 3 closets & the garage. These will be marked and locked . A few days prior to booking you will receive a unique 4 digit code . Parking is on the driveway off of the alley , in front of our garage.

*Reminder * alley is a shared alley and neighbors use this . Be mindful how far you park . You will have entire garage driveway . DO NOT park in the grass on property . There are streets with public parking west of home off Brewer Street. It is a One Way road.

Other things to note
We are Child friendly, Not Child Proof. Please bring appropriate items needed for traveling with small children. We do offer outlet covers and night lights.

Old Town Greenwood is a very walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. It has gown in the past 10 years ! La Trattoria , Vino Vila , Planetary Brewery , Yokohama , Revery , Sassafras Tea Room & many more ! Countless unique shopping experiences . Our favorite is to walk for tea or coffee on the renovated Madison Ave .
