!The ice is never safe to walk on
!! Winter requires 4WD + snow tires; do not attempt the hill without them
!!!Property is not wheelchair accessible; surfaces may be slippery in winter

🛎️ Please note: There is a separate apartment above the garage, it is completely separate from the main cabin with no shared entrances. While it’s rarely in use, you’ll always receive notice should we be onsite for brief seasonal visits or essential maintenance. Your privacy and comfort are a top priority.
