The Refúgio da Coruja Chalet is a retreat immersed in nature and with a breathtaking view of the lagoon and mountains. The perfect setting to slow down and reconnect. Surrounded by greenery and silence, offering an experience where every detail invites you to rest.

The Chalet comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, being ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 children from 4 years of age. We charge an additional fee for the third guest.

The space
With 60m² and architecture in the A-frame style, the chalet combines comfort and practicality, on the ground floor, the living room has a sofa bed and Smart TV, as well as a notebook table with ergonomic chair for home office. The dining table integrates the environment into the kitchen, compact but equipped with a stove, refrigerator, air fryer, mini grill, fondue pot, cold cuts board, thermos, coffee machine with capsules and cabinet with utensils for preparing meals. In addition, we provide coffee powder, strainer, sugar, sweetener, coffee capsules, salt, spices, vinegar, olive oil and cooking oil.

In addition, the bathroom offers a hot shower, thermal towel rail, soft towels, hairdryer and toilet paper, bringing more comfort to the stay. Going up the stairs to the mezzanine, the bedroom with a queen size bed with pillow top, blanket, 400-thread-count trousseau, hot/cold air conditioning, blackout curtains, space for personal items and a small balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Outside, there is a deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue, an umbrella to protect you from the sun, and the highlight is the heated whirlpool tub with bath salts, perfect for relaxing immersed in the natural landscape. The property also has a large lawn for activities, hammocks, a space with a fire pit for a campfire with the option to have a barbecue, a swing, a private pond, where sport fishing is allowed (catch and release), a soccer field and some horses that make the landscape even more beautiful when they graze!

On the property, you will find our second cottage, a serene retreat - perfect for guests looking for extra space. Both chalets share the same peaceful property, approximately 40 meters apart, offering privacy while maintaining the charm of a unified retreat!

Other things to note
The Chalet is located on a farm about 14 km from downtown Miracatu-SP. Apps like Uber or 99 do not work here. If you want to come by bus, we can give you the contact information for a taxi driver in the area.

There is no breakfast and meals included in the daily rate, but we provide some items in the kitchen for preparing coffee, and we recommend a place for breakfast that is 5 minutes from the Chalet.
