*** If you need a place for a party please look elsewhere. Loud noise is not tolerated between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. We have great relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way. With large groups the noise does rise without anyone realizing. :) ***

Ruth's unit was extremely clean and very inviting. Unit is exactly as pictured. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Ruth's apartment was lovely, bright & clean. It was exactly as described and perfect for a small group travelling together. Everything was in order when we arrived, and there was plenty of soap, t.p., dishes, towels, blankets, and other necessities that we were looking for. The neighborhood was extremely cute and had a Brooklyn-vibe. It was busy, with lots of great bars & restaurants nearby, but not crazy-crowded. It was also easy to take Bus 80 to the downtown area, and in general, the public transit was excellent. We didn't have to coordinate meeting up to get the key, which was a huge plus for us, as we could come and go easily. Thank you, Ruth, for opening your apartment to us!
Fantastic place. Clean, bright, great location. Would recommend and will definitely be back!
Very big, luxurious and well facilitated apartment in a nice local-feeling area of town. It is away from the tourists and feels like real Montreal life with little french cafes and restaurants. The 24 hour bagels were great. Short easy bus into the centre. Easy flexible check in. Only difficulty was the parking but that was our own bad planning!
Ruth's apartment was perfect and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Montreal. It was clean, comfortable, furnished well, and all-around great. Ruth gave us all the information we needed well in advance. The location was exactly where we wanted and it was close to all of the cool restaurants and shops the Mile End has to offer.
Very very nice place, close to tons of bars and supermarkets and not too far from downtown. The place was awesome! I would definitely rent from this place again the next time i visit Montreal!!!

Born and raised in Montreal and I love my city. I enjoy traveling and seeing new things through the eyes of the locals rather then your typical touristy spots.
After leaving the corporate world I decided to start my own business, Montreal Errand Runners, a concierge and personal assistant services. I also have been enjoying meeting people through my vacation rental.
A single mother of 3 grown kids who have taught me to enjoy all of life's wonders. I have a wonderful life.
