Interaction with Guests
I live and work close to the apartment and I absolutely love Sacramento. I can help with any recommendations and introductions to make your stay amazing!
Despite it's central location near lots of restaurants and bars, this apartment is tucked away behind the Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen.
Other Things to Note
This apartment is adjacent to train tracks. It is not loud, but the train does rumble by every few hours.
The apartment was amazing. The location was amazing. I'm considering renting it out for a year at a time so I can live there. Right in midtown- walking distance to any coffee shop, book store, eatery, or bar you're interested in. Clean and functional. I'd leave 6 stars if I could.
Ben made us feel very welcome! He was gracious, gave us great suggestions for restaurants, excellent directions, and so responsive for any question we had. The apartment is very arty... like having your own artist loft on the first floor, roomy, eclectic, warm and friendly. The amazing door sculptures give the apartment lots of personality! Wonderful location, close to good restaurants, coffee shops, only a few blocks from the Convention Center and Capitol. I would definitely come back here again when in Sacramento!
Benjamin was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, clean, and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, may not be the best fit due to the trains going by, and the attached bike shop. But, I can sleep through anything so it was good for me.
Great place to stay! Reasonably priced. Prompt responses to texts and emails.
