I live and work close to the apartment and I absolutely love Sacramento. I can help with any recommendations and introductions to make your stay amazing!

  • The crowning jewel of our brief stay in Sacramento was this lovely apartment. It was quite large for just two of us, nicely appointed with an eclectic mix of furnishings. Thank you Benjamin. We look forward to our next visit.

  • This was a great place to stay. It was very close to everything and not hard to find. Benjamin is a great host. It's such a cute, modern space I would love to stay again. The train rolls by often, but I enjoy those kinds of things.

  • Great, comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need, and so convenient to everything Midtown and Downtown have to offer. Ben is a responsive and accommodating host.

  • Benjamin's place was absolutely amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with all needed amenities. It is located in an area where all local restaurants and bars are a walk away..it was awesome!

Benjamin was a great host and was available when I had a stupid question :).

I definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit Sacramento. I know I will definitely stay here again if I go back. Thanks again!!

  • My buddies and I were visiting Sacramento for a night. The check in was initially at 4pm but I was contacted by Ben earlier in the day about the cleaning person having a family issue and could not get there until 4pm. That was not a problem since we were still eating at a restaurant and hanging out. The place itself was awesome, totally something that an artist would own. When we arrived the cleaning lady was still there but we were able to check in and hangout. The place had a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove etc. I appreciate the late check out time at 1pm. Ben was easy to communicate with and apologetic about the cleaning situation. Everyone in our group thought the place was awesome and we even saved money by staying here instead of a hotel. I would say the only warning I would give people is that the location is near a train track so you will hear some crazy rumbles :)

  • The apartment was as advertised. Very nice accommodations. Clean, spacious, comfortable feel. Nice location.

  • So we really liked the unique location of this place and the way Ben created simple space inside as well. Just across the tracks are a little enclave of well known eateries and bars for this neighborhood, but we tried the new Easy on I bar/bistro around the corner the other direction. It was cool, small, and had a good selection of drinks. I made one miscalculation and failed to reserve the place for two nights, so you can imagine my surprise when Ben got ahold of me the next afternoon to say, "Ummm, your stuff is still here and I have other guests coming in an hour or so." It was totally my error, I was horrified but Ben was way cool about it, I sent a colleague down to fetch my stuff real quick, and then Ben actually took time the rest of the next two hours trying to try to find me a different place knowing I had to stay another night for work and was busy so he started sending me links to help me out. Total hero. Thanks Ben, we will be back, and I will get my dates right next time.

  • I can't really offer a review of Ben's place as my plans changed
at the last minute and I had to cancel my stay. I will share my
experience with Ben during the reservation process. He was
always very responsive and when I had to cancel, he refunded
my reservation fee although he was under no obligation to do
so. He uses a third-party hosting service and they were helpful
as well. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at his place in
the future and know that he will be very accommodating.
