The space
Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The twin-bed setup can also be converted into a king-size bed upon request, making it easy to suit your group's needs. Wake up in plush beds and start your day with panoramic views or a peaceful moment on the rooftop terrace.

The private rooftop pool is the highlight, perfect for sunbathing, a refreshing dip, or evening drinks under the stars. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the stylish enclosed living and dining areas are made for relaxing or sharing meals together.
Conveniently located near Canggu's lively cafes, beach clubs, and shops, you’re just a short drive from the famous beaches and stunning sunsets.

Unwind in the living room with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows after a day of exploring Canggu. For a bit of friendly competition, challenge your travel companions to a match on the foosball (soccer) table, a fun way to bring everyone together, whether it's a rainy afternoon or a lively evening in.

Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.

Other things to note
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host's control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm using the keypad.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people including children.
