Tucked in the southern Nicoya Peninsula—just 13 minutes from the Paquera Ferry and 14 minutes from the peaceful town of Paquera—our home offers a rare blend of seclusion, authenticity, and comfort. Located within the vibrant Bellevue Isla Tortuga community, Playa Órganos is your front yard, with stunning views of Isla Tortuga and a walkable 10-minute path to the sea.

While this haven is free from tourist crowds, it’s fully supported with nearby essentials: grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, an emergency clinic, and local restaurants.

Our modern two-bedroom, two-bath, single-level home sits in a lush jungle landscape. The oversized windows invite the outside in—spot howler monkeys in the trees as you sip coffee in the kitchen. Relax on the oversized king bed swing on the spacious, covered deck as nature’s music surrounds you.
