Interaction with guests
I will greet you, show you around and be happy to speak with you prior to help you plan your trip!!
Other things to note
Dog & Family friendly. However, not entirely toddler friendly as we have an open, floating staircase to the second floor with no railing and no real yard to speak of except a little area suitable for a dog. However, we do have plenty of open space for kids to run around between the 1500 square foot open floor plan and massive enclosed front deck on the main floor. We also have private beach club with life guard on duty and a white sand beach that everyone enjoys!
No smoking in house but on deck ok just be tidy with the cigarette butts . No flicking them in garden, woods or driveway, please. No cats ( we are both allergic! ). House broken dogs OK. This is our everyday home that we built ourselves so we ask that you treat it with respect, enjoy it and care for it as you would your own and leave it as you found it. Please pick up your own firewood bundles at any of our local convenience stores and bring your own beach towels. Plenty of white fluffy bath towels are provided for use at home. We have a private well for water so you may want to bring bottled water for drinking as the mineral content may make the taste not be to your liking. Our neighbors are great and our houses close together. Everyone hangs out on their decks to BBQ & enjoy the view but usually after midnight we all keep the music down outside and keep it low key out of respect for the early risers. After BBQing please make sure all is shut down/off on the grill. Do not leave any food outside as it will attract animals. Other than (email hidden)d have FUN and RELAX :)))

Nature lover with NYC in my heart. I live on a beautiful lake 45 miles north of Manhattan in a custom built and designed home that my ex-husband Chris and I worked on for almost 3 years to create. It's our personal sanctuary and little peace of heaven in an otherwise hectic world and we love to share it with friends and family. When I am not working you can often find me out to dinner in the city or on the lake paddle boarding, rowing & motor boating & relaxing. I love to travel to places that have beautiful surroundings & fun things to do. As long as there's good food, people & adventures to be had I am there! Life is good at the lake:)
