Nestled in Balangan, just a short walk from the beach, Villa Regina (opened in June 2025) welcomes you to a peaceful setting with a private pool, enclosed garden, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a spacious open living area.
Perfect for 4 guests, it combines modern comfort with Balinese charm.
WiFi, linens, towels, parking, garden and pool maintenance, and daily housekeeping are all included for a worry-free stay.
The space
Welcome to Villa Regina, ideally located near Balangan and Kubu beaches. Designed to accommodate to 4 guests, this comfortable villa is perfect for families or couples seeking relaxation and privacy.
The villa opens onto a private enclosed garden, at the center of which lies a private swimming pool with a shallow area - ideal for children or simply for cooling off. You can relax on the large waterproof cushions, and after the beach, enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower installed in the garden. A private parking space is available right in front of the villa.
Villa Regina is composed of two separate buildings:
The main building
An open-air pavilion with a high ceiling supported by traditional pillars welcomes you into a spacious, naturally ventilated living area, enhanced by ceiling fans and elegant pendant lights that create a cozy atmosphere both day and night.
You will find:
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, and a water dispenser with two complimentary bottles)
- A dining area with table and chairs
- A comfortable lounge with sofa, armchairs, and coffee table - perfect for relaxing in the shade
The sleeping pavilion
Facing the main building and also overlooking the pool, this section includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed
- One bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together (ideal for children or friends)
Each bedroom includes:
- A desk, wardrobe space (one with a safe), and beautiful lighting
- An ensuite bathroom with open-sky shower, sink, and toilet
- Bath and hand towels, shampoo, and shower gel provided
- Sliding glass doors opening directly to the garden and pool, with sheer curtains and blackout drapes for a peaceful night’s sleep

Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM.
This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time.
Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime.
If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.
A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
Need a little extra help or special gear? We're here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we've got you covered.
