4 season cabin in woods with 200 ft of lake front on Songo Pond. Enjoy summers kayaking, swimming and fishing. Sleeps 8 adults plus up to five children. Great for families and well behaved dogs (sorry, no cats). No seasonal rentals.

The space
With new renovations the cabin has a large open kitchen, dining room with a great view and a large cozy living room that open to a screened in porch. A carpeted family room with a TV opens to a patio on the ground level. Four bedrooms include three queen beds plus six twins (bunks/ trundles). One large bathroom with tub and washer and dryer and a second full bath on the lower level.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the cabin and to nearly 3 acres of beautiful wooded area with 200 feet of lake front on calm Songo Pond.
Guests will have fun on the lake in the warmer weather wading into on our sand beach, kayaking in one of our three kayaks, jumping (not diving!) off of our swim dock (the wooden one) and hanging out on our 16ftx16ft dock.
Dogs are welcome but we have a $75 pet fee. We will send a request for payment before your arrival.

Other things to note
This cabin is an all season cabin. A wood burning stove will charm and heat to the living area in the coming weeks. Bedrooms are heated individually with thermostat controlled base board heaters.

A first aid kit is also provided.

Our cozy cabin in the woods is on quiet Songo Pond only a 10 minute drive to quaint Bethel, Maine. A 20 minute drive gets you to Mt. Abrams for excellent family skiing or to Sunday River, one of the premiere outdoor / ski resorts on the East Coast. You can also access snow mobile trails and great summer hiking trails.
